How it works

This is a game, not a diagnosis. It is, however, a game with actual arithmetic behind it, and here is all of it.

Six sliders, not one label

Every reaction you pick nudges one or more of six sliders, each running from 0 to 100. Your score on a slider is the average of every nudge it received.

From sliders to the chart

The first three sliders are averaged into your Law score, the last three into your Good score. From 60 up you are Lawful or Good, below 40 you are Chaotic or Evil, and in between you are Neutral. Two scores, three bands each: nine alignments.

From sliders to a character

Every character has their own six sliders. We make each character take the same quiz you took, picking the answer closest to who they are, and compare your sliders with the ones they end up with. Your match percentage is 100 minus the typical gap between the two. Your closest character can sit in a different cell from you: the chart shows where you land, the match shows who you resemble.

Why did I get someone awful?

You answered the questions. We only did the math.
